User Data Deletion Instructions

Incredible Roots Publisher is an internal application used only to manage the official Incredible Roots Facebook Page and Instagram professional account.

Remove access through Meta

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Apps and websites or Business integrations.
3. Select Incredible Roots Publisher.
4. Choose Remove and confirm.

Request deletion

Email ourincredibleroots@gmail.com with the subject “Incredible Roots data deletion request”. Include enough information to identify the connected account, but do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents.

After verifying that the requester controls the relevant account, Incredible Roots will revoke applicable credentials and delete associated personal data under its control, except information that must be retained for security, legal or audit obligations. A response will normally be provided within 30 days.
