1. About this application

Incredible Roots Publisher is an internal content-publishing application used by the owner of Incredible Roots to publish and manage content on the official Incredible Roots Facebook Page and Instagram professional account. It is not offered as a service for members of the public.

2. Information processed

The application may process identifiers and information supplied by Meta that are necessary to operate the owner’s connected accounts, such as Page and Instagram account identifiers, account names, access permissions, publishing status, media identifiers, post metadata and engagement information available through the permissions granted to the application.

3. How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate the owner’s connected accounts; upload, schedule, publish and verify Incredible Roots content; and perform operational quality checks on those publications.

4. Storage and security

Authentication credentials and operational records are stored in access-restricted local files or protected service environments controlled by the channel owner. Credentials are not intentionally placed in public reports or channel content.

5. Sharing and sale

Incredible Roots does not sell personal information. Information is not shared with third parties except service providers required to operate the publishing workflow, including Meta and temporary media-hosting infrastructure, or when required by law.

6. Retention

Credentials are retained only while required to operate the connected accounts and may be revoked or replaced. Publishing receipts and non-sensitive operational records may be retained for security, troubleshooting and audit purposes.

7. Your choices and deletion

You may revoke the application’s access through your Facebook or Instagram settings. Requests concerning data associated with this application may be sent to ourincredibleroots@gmail.com. See the User Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Children

The application is an owner-operated publishing tool and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated when the application or applicable requirements change. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.
